HA HA HA

Omigosh. This is soooo old. Back from 2009. Isn't he so creepy? I actually really, really enjoy spooky/creepy things...but am a wuss at horror movies. I've been thinking about my love of zombies recently, and how, even after advice from some people I respect, I still haven't embraced showing some of the "less cute" work that I do. Maybe I should dig myself out of that niche and start sharing the creepy/weird stuff I draw on here too. Or maybe I am cursed to like cute things too much.

Busy-ness

So over the past few weeks since graduation, I've been amazingy busy. I got married, moved house, and stacked a few freelance jobs. Nic and I took a road trip up to his aunt's house near Sacramento, and we took the abhorrently long but stunningy beautiful coast road.

I really loved the ride, and we got to stop in at Monterey and visit the aquarium. I plan on doing a few more of these landscapes. Trying to remember things I found stunning. Not a great translation, but I'll keep tweaking and changing my tactics with photoshop. Maybe try out a few new things.

Reworked some famous characters. These designs have been in my head for a couple days now. Obsessed with the colors, more to come most likely.

Hey folks.  Just dropping word.  I've been pretty busy with my film these days, and I plan on being that way...until its done. With minor diversions such as updating my portfolio and resume in the next week or so.
